An accomplished writer, speaker and trainer, I have spent my career in fundraising, helping people to unlock their generosity and make a difference in the world. My last in-house role was for YMCA England and Wales, having previously been Head of Christian Aid Week as well as working at RLSB, Depaul UK and St Wilfrid’s Hospice, Chichester.

Over the last five years I have worked with a range of freelance clients from the Anglican Diocese of Salisbury and Methodist Housing Association to the Natural History Museum and British Red Cross. As well as continuing to support such organisations with strategy development and training, I am currently Director of Fundraising Curriculum at Corndel.

I hold an MSc in Civil Society management, specialising in Fundraising and Marketing. I am co-author of The Complete Fundraising Handbook published by Directory of Social Change.

I am an alumni of the Community of St Anselm, having been a non-resident member of the 2017/18 cohort. I am also a trustee of One Church Brighton, where I can also be found serving coffee, hosting a small group, co-leading discipleship courses and preaching.
